We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

* Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

* Explain company products, services, policies, and processes clearly.

* Follow up with customers regarding their requests and concerns.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

* Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.





* Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and requests.

* Maintain a polite, skilled, and helpful communication style.

* Achieve assigned customer service and call-handling targets.

* Follow company guidelines and maintain customer confidentiality.

Requirements

* Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

* Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

* Good verbal communication skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

* Customer-friendly attitude with good listening skills.

* Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
