- Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and terms clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with existing customers for renewals and additional requirements.
