Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Production Testing Engineer to support the testing and quality verification of electronic products on our production line. The role is ideal for candidates with basic testing experience who are eager to grow their technical skills in a fast‑paced electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform basic functional testing of PCBs, audio products, and electronic assemblies
- Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting defective units
- Use testing tools such as multimeter, power supply, and basic audio testing equipment
- Record daily testing results, defects, and observations
- Support QC team in pre‑dispatch checks and batch audits
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing area




- Ensure testing tools and equipment are handled properly
- Report recurring issues to senior engineers for corrective action

Required Skills & Competencies

- 0.6 – 2 years experience in electronics testing
- Basic understanding of electronic components, PCBs, and soldering quality
- Hands-on experience with multimeter and basic testing tools
- Ability to identify simple faults and assist in troubleshooting
- Understanding of testing SOPs and documentation
- Positive observation skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under production timelines and follow instructions

Education

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics or related field

Salary Range

₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
