WORK FROM OFFICE

Process : US Process ( NIGHT SHIFT )

2 Days Fixed Off

Timing : 7.30 PM To 4.30 AM / 9 PM To 6 AM

We are not hiring Students ( Students please do not apply )

Fresher's with good Excel knowledge can also apply

Candidates should have excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email

Identify customer needs and help customers

Analyse and forward email to proper team / department / channel

Send follow up emails to customers

Gather customer feedback and share with concerned team

1) Should have Good English communication

2) Should have Valuable computer using skills

3) Should have Proper MS Excel knowledge

4) Should have Good email writing skills

Salary Range : Rs 10000/- CTC TO Rs 14000/- CTC

InHand : Rs 8500/- To Rs 12000/-
