Position: CRM Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, follow up on customer requirements, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer calls, emails, queries, and service requests professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding requirements, quotations, orders, and service updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Support, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in the CRM system.
- Track leads, follow-ups, complaints, and customer requests.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer queries.
- Prepare daily/weekly CRM and follow-up reports.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager.




- Maintain proper documentation of customer communications and transactions.

- 0–2 years of experience in CRM, customer support, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
