Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage and lead our manufacturing operations in the Plastic Extrusion Machinery industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets.
- Manage production team, manpower and shop-floor activities.
- Handle machine assembly, fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure product quality, timely delivery and minimum wastage.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality, Stores & Dispatch teams.
- Identify production issues and improve productivity.
- Maintain production reports, KPIs and proper shop-floor discipline.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement practices.

Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of relevant production experience.
- Experience in plastic machinery / extrusion machinery / engineering manufacturing preferred.
- Strong team-management and problem-solving skills.
- Positive knowledge of production planning, drawings, BOM and MS Excel/ERP.
- Hands-on, responsible and target-oriented approach.
