MIS Executive – Reporting, Dashboards & AI AutomationExperience: 2–4 years

Industry: Auto Component / Manufacturing preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales, Production, Purchase, Inventory, Dispatch, Receivables, and Management.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Google Sheets for real-time business tracking and decision-making.
- Develop automated reports using Google Sheets, advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, QUERY, and Apps Script.
- Build and implement AI Agents and AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive MIS, reporting, data analysis, and follow-up activities.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, system improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain process checklists, SOPs, process flowcharts, and workflow documentation for various departments.
- Map existing processes and identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Develop management dashboards highlighting KPIs, trends, exceptions, pending actions, and performance gaps.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect, validate, and analyze data.




- Maintain data masters, trackers, databases, and reporting systems.
- Generate actionable insights from data and highlight critical deviations requiring management attention.

Production Systems Knowledge – Preferred:

- Basic to good understanding of production planning and management systems.
- Knowledge of inventory management, material planning, stock control, production tracking, dispatch, and order management.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing workflows will be an added advantage.

Key Skills:

- Advanced Google Sheets and dashboard creation
- Google Apps Script & process automation
- Hands-on ability to create AI Agents / AI automations
- Strong MIS, data analysis, and reporting skills
- Ability to create SOPs, checklists, flowcharts, and process maps
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail and process orientation

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in automotive/auto-component manufacturing, production MIS, inventory systems, ERP/MRP, and AI-driven process automation will be preferred.
