About WellBe FoodsWellBe Foods is a rapid-growing healthy food brand committed to providing nutritious and high-quality food products. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and process vendor payments, invoices, and reimbursements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records.
- Reconcile customer and supplier ledgers periodically.
- Ensure accurate posting of journal entries in ERP/Tally systems.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections.
- Generate MIS reports and management reports as required.




- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
- Support budgeting and financial analysis activities.
- Required QualificationsB.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of financial statements and reconciliation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
