About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team and support day-to-day accounting activities at our warehouse. This role is ideal for a fresher looking to gain practical exposure to accounting, vendor coordination, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and data entry activities.
- Record purchase bills, sales invoices, expenses, and other accounting transactions.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and assist with ledger reconciliation.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding purchase bills, GRNs, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and payment-related activities.




- Follow up on pending bills, documents, and vendor information.
- Support the Accounts team with monthly closing and reporting activities.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Finance/Accounts Head.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers can apply; 0–1 year of accounting experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Basic knowledge of Tally, BUSY, or ERP software will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working from the Bakoli Warehouse, Delhi.
