About the Role

PDFC is seeking an organized and analytical Production Planner to oversee our manufacturing schedule, optimize workflow, and ensure timely product delivery while minimizing operational downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with procurement to avoid supply shortages.
- Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules to maintain maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with shop floor managers, quality control, and logistics to streamline operations.
- Generate production reporting metrics (OEE, output rates, scrap rates) using ERP/MRP systems.

Requirements

- Education:



Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.
- Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Suite, and ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo).
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English.
- Work Setup: Must be able to work 100% on-site from our office/plant location.
- Key Traits: Robust problem-solving, analytical thinking, and high attention to detail.
