Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive business development and sales activities across OEM, Government, and EPC sectors. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in industrial/automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain business relationships with OEMs, Government departments, and EPC companies.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits, networking, and client references.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with internal technical, production, and project teams to ensure smooth order execution.




- Conduct regular client visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and follow-up activities.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in OEM Sales, Government Sales, or EPC Sales.
- Strong technical understanding of engineering products/equipment.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Eligibility

- BE/B.Tech Mechanical or Automobile Engineering is compulsory.
- Candidates with relevant experience in OEM, Government, or EPC sectors will be preferred
