- Ensure smooth maintenance and engineering operations across assigned restaurants.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, scheduled servicing and repairs on time and maintain service records.
- Attend and permanently resolve technical breakdowns, equipment issues and emergency maintenance at restaurants.
- Handle maintenance of electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, pumps and water systems.
- Perform HVAC, refrigeration, DG sets, UPS and battery maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and troubleshoot kitchen equipment, RO plants and fire & safety systems.
- Carry out minor repairs of restaurant furniture, glass doors, racks and fixtures.
- Maintain maintenance logbooks, vendor service reports and inventory usage records and report abnormalities to seniors.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned maintenance/R&M; activities within timelines.
- Carry and use the basic tools and equipment provided by the company for maintenance work.
