- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound sales calls to customers in Canada.
- Present and sell internet, TV, home security, and telecom services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
- Handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer details in CRM/dialer systems.
- Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with backend team for order processing.
- RequirementsGood English communication skills (Punjabi is a plus).
- Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred.
- Confidence in speaking with international customers.
- Ability to work in night shift (Canada hours).
- Basic computer knowledge.
