About the Role

We are hiring a sharp and ambitious digital marketing generalist to work in the Founder’s Office and support high-impact business functions across the company. You should be creative, aware of content creation, social media trends, and brand communication.

This is not a narrow specialist job.

You will work across client meetings, business development, hiring, execution of marketing strategies, and internal coordination. You will act as a force multiplier for leadership and help turn ideas into execution.

Your Role Will Involve

? Founder’s Office & Execution

Assist in translating business priorities into action

Track execution across departments

Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates

Ensure projects move rapid and deadlines are met

? Client Meetings & Communication

Setting up client meetings

Preparing agendas, briefs, and follow-ups

Understanding client requirements

Coordinating internally to deliver outcomes

? Hiring & Team Building

Managing and filtering candidates for new roles

Screening applications and shortlisting talent

Scheduling interviews and assisting in evaluations

Supporting onboarding and documentation

? Digital Marketing Strategy Support





Helping implement digital marketing strategies

Coordinating between ads, content, and tech teams

Understanding funnels, landing pages, CRM, and reporting

Supporting performance reviews and improvements

(Execution not mandatory, understanding is.)

? Business Development (B2B)

Outreach strategy for partnerships and clients

Lead generation and pipeline support

Market research and opportunity identification

Helping expand both:

- travel services

- marketing agency services
