Mandatory Skills (ये आना ही चाहिए):

- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, या DaVinci Resolve — इनमें से कम से कम किसी एक software पर strong hand
- Industry में minimum 1 साल का editing experience
- AI tools (जैसे AI-based editing/enhancement tools) की basic to moderate जानकारी
- Educational/teaching-related video content edit करने की समझ (lecture videos, subject-based content आदि)

Additional (Optional) Skills:

- CapCut, VN, या CanMaster जैसे tools पर काम करने वाले candidates भी apply कर सकते हैं

इन tools पर काम करने वाले candidates की expected salary comparatively कम रहेगी (क्योंकि professional software experience को priority दी जाएगी)

Job Responsibilities:

- Teacher/lecture-based raw footage को polished, engaging video में convert करना
- Graphics, transitions, subtitles, color correction का काम
- Deadlines के अंदर quality content deliver करना
- Team के साथ mil-kar content strategy पर काम करना
