Creative Designer

About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, composition and branding and should be able to turn ideas into engaging visuals for packaging designs, product banners, product creatives, website banners and various other creatives as per the business need and requirements.

You will work closely with the product designing and the e-commerce team to create creatives for our consumer brands, including marketplace listings, advertisements and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on packaging designs, labels, inserts, brochures, catalogues and other brand collaterals when required.
- Create e-commerce creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and other marketplaces.
- Design product banners, promotional creatives, advertisements, website banners and thumbnails.
- Develop creative concepts for current product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Create and edit product images and lifestyle creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, fonts, colours, layouts and visual identity across all creatives.
- Stay updated with current Gen Z, social media, e-commerce and design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.




- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong knowledge & Experience of CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of Brand typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for e-commerce platforms and website.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple designs.
- Ability to understand a brief and independently develop creative concepts.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong and updated portfolio is mandatory.
- Preferred SkillsExperience with FMCG, beauty, personal care, fragrance, fashion or D2C brands.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with AI-based creative tools such as Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway or similar tools.
