About the Role

We're hiring on a rolling basis for International Voice Process openings with a leading global account, based out of Marathahalli (easily commutable for candidates from Kadubeesanahalli and Brookefield). This is a strong entry point into US-shift customer support, with a clear growth path into senior and team-lead roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for a global international client

- Resolve customer queries, process requests, and ensure high service quality

- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets

- Maintain accurate call/interaction documentation

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Undergraduate / Graduate

- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome

- Good spoken English communication





- Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts

- Based in or commutable from Marathahalli, Kadubeesanahalli, or Brookefield
