Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination and offer closure. The role involves working closely with candidates, clients, and internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements within timelines.

- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand job requirements from clients and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate documentation, databases, and recruitment records.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer negotiations, and offer closures.
- Follow up with candidates until joining and ensure a smooth joining process.




- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding candidate status and feedback.
- Work on multiple job requirements simultaneously and achieve recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and update the ATS/MIS regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support the team in achieving monthly closure and revenue targets.
