Experience: Fresher to 1 Year in Industrial Automation or Electrical Control Panel projects.

Job Summary

The Junior Automation Engineer will support PLC programming, HMI development, electrical panel wiring, machine commissioning, and troubleshooting of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). This role is suitable for fresh Diploma graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Industrial Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in PLC programming and HMI development.

Perform electrical panel wiring, I/O checking, and panel inspection.

Support machine commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.

Prepare and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams

Assist in FAT, SAT, and machine documentation.

Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Assembly teams.





Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, and technical support (approximately 75% travel).

Follow company quality, safety, and project standards.

Key Skills:

Basic PLC Programming & HMI

Electrical Panel Wiring & Troubleshooting

Reading Electrical Drawings

Knowledge of Sensors, Relays, Contactors, VFDs & Servo Systems

Basic Industrial Communication (Modbus/Ethernet)

Valuable Communication & Teamwork

Willingness to Travel

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Excel

Preferred Knowledge:

PLC: Delta, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric
