Role Overview:

We are seeking a polished and articulate Luxury Retail Sales Executive to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

This role is ideal for someone who understands premium customers, values service excellence, and represents the brand with confidence and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities :

● Welcome and engage walk-in customers with a warm, professional approach

● Understand customer preferences and guide them through our product collections

● Clearly explain product design, quality,



and pricing & Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally, aligned with brand values

● Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising

● Handle billing and POS operations smoothly & Ensure accurate coordination on stock availability and orders

● Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service Requirements

● 2-3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail sales

● Fluency in spoken English is mandatory

● Well-groomed, confident, and customer-centric personality

● Solid interpersonal and communication skills

● Comfortable with billing systems and basic inventory handling

● Willingness to work weekends (weekly off on a weekday)
