We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Retail Sales Officer (RSO) for our Ranchi location. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, confidence, and a pleasing personality with the ability to engage customers and contribute to store sales growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher qualification preferred)
- Prior retail experience/retail knowledge will be an added advantage
- Basic understanding of customer handling and sales processes

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a qualified manner
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain product display and store cleanliness standards
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Handle customer queries and provide satisfactory resolutions
- Support inventory management and stock maintenance
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Follow company policies and operational guidelines
Working Hours : 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
(Timings may extend up to 9:00 PM–9:30 PM depending on store operational requirements.)
