- Job ResponsibilitiesManage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplaces.
- Create, manage, and optimize Amazon & Flipkart ads.
- Monitor sales, ACOS/ROAS, and campaign performance.
- Plan and manage inventory to avoid stock-outs and excess stock.
- Coordinate inventory packing, shipping, and dispatch.
- Handle marketplace returns and reconcile returned inventory.
- Identify and raise reimbursement claims for lost, damaged, or missing inventory/orders.
- Track claims and follow up until reimbursement is received.
- Monitor marketplace account health and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare basic reports for sales, inventory, ads, returns, and reimbursements.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in Amazon/Flipkart marketplace operations.
- Good knowledge of Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and good at problem-solving.
- Robust ownership and coordination skills.

Key Focus: Listing → Ads → Inventory → Shipping → Returns → Reimbursements.
