? JOB OVERVIEW

• Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

• Establish, implement, and ensure compliance with restaurant SOPs.

• Lead staff, manage inventory, handle guests, and coordinate with the social media team.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.

• Handle guests professionally and ensure excellent customer experience.

• Manage restaurant inventory and stock-related activities.

• Manage and coordinate restaurant staff.





• Coordinate and manage the social media team.

• Ensure smooth coordination across restaurant operations.
