Roles & Responsibilities:

- Quantity measurement and quantity control for civil construction works
- Preparation and verification of BOQ and quantity estimates
- Checking quantities as per approved drawings and site measurements
- Monitoring actual quantities executed at site
- Quantity reconciliation and identifying quantity variations
- Preparation and verification of RA bills and subcontractor bills
- RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing quantity calculations
- BBS preparation and reinforcement quantity verification
- Material quantity reconciliation and consumption tracking
- Coordination with site engineers, contractors and project teams
- Checking working drawings and taking quantities from AutoCAD drawings
- Maintaining quantity records, measurement sheets and project reports




- Supporting cost control and project budget monitoring
- Identifying excess quantities, wastage and scope variations
- Advanced Excel and AutoCAD proficiency required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Quantity Control, Quantity Surveying, Billing or Civil Construction
- Strong knowledge of quantity estimation, measurement and reconciliation
- Positive understanding of RCC works, BBS and construction drawings
- Residential construction experience preferred
