- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable countries, courses, and visa options.
- Explain the complete visa application process, eligibility criteria, documentation, and timelines.
- Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa documents.
- Follow up with clients regarding applications, documents, and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application status.
- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation teams.
- Stay updated on visa rules, immigration policies, and country-specific requirements.
- Achieve individual and team counselling/enrollment targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- RequirementsPrevious experience in visa counselling, immigration, study-abroad counselling, or a related field is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Salary & Benefits₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
