Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage ICU operations and critically ill patients with evidence-based care • Expertise in advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ventilatory management • Perform bedside bronchoscopy and ultrasound-guided procedures (POCUS) • Independently perform invasive procedures (arterial lines, central lines, dialysis catheters) • Perform and manage percutaneous tracheostomies • Manage advanced life-support systems: CRRT, ECMO, IABP • Drive clinical governance, ICU protocols,
