We're looking for a Community Manager who can help us build the Kinjo ecosystem from
n
the ground up.
n
This role is for someone who enjoys meeting people, attending events, building
n
relationships, hosting sessions and creating communities.
n
What You'll Do
n
Community Building & Management
n
n
- Identify and build relationships with relevant communities across startups, founders,
n
- creators, professionals, students and entrepreneurs.
n
- Onboard new communities and organizers onto Kinjo.
n
- Build strong, long-term relationships with community leaders and organizers.
n
- Keep Kinjo communities active and engaged.
n
- Initiate conversations, discussions, activities, polls and community-led initiatives.
n
- Understand community needs and find ways to increase participation and engagement.
n
- Identify inactive users and create initiatives to bring them back.
n
n
Organizer Outreach & Relationship Building
n
n
- Identify relevant event organizers, community managers, founders and ecosystem players.
n
- Reach out to organizers and introduce them to Kinjo.
n
- Meet organizers in person and understand their requirements, challenges and workflows.
n
- Build and maintain a strong network of organizers across different categories.
n
- Follow up consistently and convert relevant organizers into active Kinjo partners.
n
- Maintain strong relationships even after onboarding.
n
n
Kinjo Demo Sessions
n
n
- Conduct one-on-one and group demo sessions for event organizers and community managers.
n
- Explain Kinjo's features, use cases and value proposition.
n
- Help organizers understand how Kinjo can help them manage and grow their communities.
n
- Conduct onboarding sessions and help organizers get started on the platform.
n
- Collect feedback during demos and onboarding and communicate insights to the product team.
n
n
Events & Offline Activations
n
n
- Attend relevant startup, networking, creator,
professional and community events.
n
- Represent Kinjo at events and actively build relationships with attendees and organizers.
n
- Identify potential organizers and communities at events.
n
- Build partnerships with event organizers to bring their events and communities onto Kinjo.
n
- Help plan and execute Kinjo's own events, meetups and community activations.
n
- Host Kinjo events, meetups, workshops and community sessions.
n
- Coordinate with speakers, organizers, partners and attendees.
n
- Manage on-ground execution and ensure a great participant experience.
n
- Create opportunities for Kinjo to become part of existing events and communities.
n
n
Community-Led Growth
n
n
- Develop creative initiatives to grow Kinjo organically through communities and relationships.
n
- Create referral, collaboration and engagement programs.
n
- Find new ways to encourage users to meet, connect and collaborate.
n
- Turn active community members into advocates for Kinjo.
n
- Identify interesting people and communities that should be part of the Kinjo ecosystem.
n

Content & Communication
n
n
- Create community-first communication for WhatsApp, email and in-app channels.
n
- Write announcements, event communication, community updates and engagement messages.
n
- Work with the marketing team to turn community insights into content and campaigns.
n
- Help document community stories, events and success stories.
n
n
Insights & Reporting
n
n
- Track community growth, organizer onboarding and engagement.
n
- Monitor activation and participation metrics.
n
- Understand why users join, participate, drop off or return.
n
- Collect feedback from organizers and users.
n
- Share insights and recommendations with the founding, product and marketing teams.
n
n
