Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Engagement & Retention Executive to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Location: Ahmedabad

Work Mode: On-site

n

Experience: 2-6 years

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Plan and execute customer retention & lifecycle campaigns.
n
- Manage campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications & In-App Messaging.
n
- Segment customers based on behaviour, purchase history, engagement & lifecycle stage.
n
- Build and manage CRM and automated customer journeys.
n
- Track key metrics including CTR, Conversion, Retention, Churn & CLV.
n
- Analyze customer data to identify retention & engagement opportunities.
n
- Work closely with Product, Content, Design & Customer Support teams.
n
- Prepare campaign reports and share actionable insights.
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- 2–6 Years of experience in Retention, CRM, Lifecycle, or Digital Marketing.
n
- Hands-on experience with Email, SMS, Push & WhatsApp campaigns.
n
- Knowledge of CRM,



customer segmentation & marketing automation.
n
- Familiarity with MoEngage, WebEngage, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
n
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics & campaign performance metrics.
n
- Proven records of achieving Revenue Targets
n
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work effectively in a quick-paced on-site environment.
n

Education

n

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

n

Experience in Wellness, Astrology, D2C, E-commerce, or Consumer Internet brands will be an added advantage.
