Deep domain expertise in Large Commercial Property, Casualty, and Specialty Insurance

n

Strong understanding of underwriting, policy administration, claims, operations, and distribution across complex commercial lines

n

Hands-on experience in the US, UK (Lloyd's Market), and European insurance markets

n

10+ years of transformation delivery experience, leading business and technology change programs

n

Experience in operating model redesign, process transformation, and business consulting

n

Exposure to AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI-driven transformation initiatives is highly preferred
