Role Description The Web Content Writer Intern will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining website content that supports Hiringhustle’s focus on jobs and placement services. Daily tasks include researching topics related to careers and employment, writing clear and engaging articles, job descriptions, and informational pages, and assisting in organizing content within the website structure. The intern will collaborate with team members to align content with the company’s strategy and ensure consistency in tone and messaging.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area, offering hands-on experience in web content creation and management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Web Content Writing and Writing to produce clear, engaging, and accurate website copy.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Content Management to help plan, organize, and maintain structured web content.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills to gather reliable information on jobs, careers, and placement topics.
- Good command of English grammar, attention to detail, and the ability to follow editorial guidelines.
- Interest in careers, recruitment, HR, or education domains is beneficial.




- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic familiarity with websites, online publishing tools, or content management systems is an advantage.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of WordPress and website content management.
- Familiarity with Figma for creating and editing digital designs.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and prompt writing/prompt engineering.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization.
- Ability to research information from reliable sources.
- Good understanding of website content structure, headings, links, images, and formatting.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new AI, design, and digital marketing tools quickly.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress Gutenberg / Elementor.
- Knowledge of Canva is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar tools.
- Understanding of SEO plugins such as Rank Math or Yoast SEO.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience creating job, career, HR, recruitment, or technology-related content is an advantage.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Freshers with strong WordPress, Figma, AI prompting, and content skills can apply.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR content, digital publishing, or career-related content is an advantage.
