- Candidates with 1+ years of experience in web content creation & management

- Web content management operations (image, texts, video entry) in the content management system
N
- Managing on-time onlineeditorial content publishing on related system (AEM, PIM, SiteSore, Protien etc)
N
- Publishing web content across multiple platforms such as e-Content, e-Commerce and FMSCs
N
- Aiding business to support additions and modifications of editorial content.
N
- Ensuring streamlining editorial content management process & workflows as per the guidelines
N
- Proactively identify and resolve complex issue across different teams and tools and functions.
N
- Maintain good relationships and open communication, ensuring the satisfaction of the customer during editorial content publishing.
N




- Providing training and assistance to stakeholders on Content Management systems (CMS) and processes.
N
- Working closely with creative agencies, multiple stakeholders & act as SME for related projects.
N

nTechnical Skills

N

n
- Proficiency in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), PIM (Stibo), CMS (TeamSite)
N
- Basic knowledge of HTMLand CSS for content formatting and troubleshooting.
N
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
N

nQualifications

- Master/bachelor's degree in Computers, Marketing or a related field is typically required.

- Proficiency in Spanish language (positive to have)
