• Marketing Design thumbnails, visuals, and creative assets for YouTube, social media, campaigns, landing pages, and websites Translate briefs into clear visual concepts and execute them end-to-end Collaborate with content and video teams on storyboards, style frames, and motion assets ? Design with Performance Awareness Iterate on thumbnails and creatives using performance signals (CTR, engagement cues)
