Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Odisha, India.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, editing videos for various campaigns, and refining content to align with brand guidelines and client objectives. Daily tasks include cutting and sequencing clips, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and applying color correction to ensure visual consistency. The role also involves creating motion graphics and basic visual assets, collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements,



and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video content for digital and event-based campaigns.

The Video

Editor is expected to maintain organized file management and stay updated on industry trends and editing best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for marketing, branding, and communication projects.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual tone and enhance overall video quality.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and work with Graphics to support storytelling and brand messaging.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, audio synchronization, and basic sound editing.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous video editing and motion graphics work, preferably in advertising or events.
