- Experience in Airline Reservations & Ticketing , PNR creation and updation , ticket reissue, revalidation , EMD , DCS
- Mandatory additional skillset - Disruption Management , Group Management , Revenue Integrity , Revenue Management
- Working knowledge of Amadeus GDS
- Adaptable to change and ability to work under pressure and high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ok for 24x7 rotational shifts
