Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Title Searcher at GravityOne Solutions LLC.

The Title

Searcher will review public records, legal documents, and property histories to identify liens, encumbrances, and other issues affecting title. Daily responsibilities include conducting title searches, verifying chain of title, examining deeds, and preparing clear and accurate title reports. The role also involves collaborating with team members, responding to inquiries, and ensuring all documentation meets company and industry standards.

Searcher will work independently with set deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in conducting Title Searches and analyzing Chain of Title records.
- Knowledge of Deeds and related property transfer documents.
- Ability to identify and interpret Liens and other encumbrances.
- Understanding of Escrow processes and real estate transaction workflows.
- Experience with title search software, online public records systems, and document management tools.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in reviewing legal and property records.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and meet consistent deadlines.
- Prior experience in title searching, abstracting, or real estate legal support is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in real estate, paralegal studies, or a related field is an asset.
