Role Overview

n

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise IT and digital transformation projects, working closely with business teams, IT functions and external vendors.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead IT projects from requirement gathering to implementation and go-live.
n
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and project plans.
n
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
n
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for development, system integration, SIT/UAT, deployment and support.
n
- Drive implementation and enhancement of enterprise applications including ERP, POS, HRMS, CRM, Finance and Supply Chain platforms.
n




- Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
n
- Ensure project governance, quality and timely delivery.
n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
n

Requirements

n

n
- 6–10 years of experience in Technical Project Management / IT Project Delivery.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
n
- Experience in enterprise application implementation and system integration.
n
- Solid knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies and project governance.
n
- Strong stakeholder, vendor management and communication skills.
n
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum / Agile certification will be an added advantage.
