NPosition: Technical Support Engineer – International Voice Process

NLocation: Ground Floor, Ambit IT Park, No. 32A & B, Ambit Road, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu — 600058, India

NShift: Night Shift

NWeekly Off: Rotational Weekdays

NResponsibilities:

- Respond promptly,courteously, and knowledgeably to technical support inquiries

- Provide top-tier support to all customers with a goal of first call resolution
N
- Educate customers on system installation/use, and assist in troubleshooting
N
- Utilize prior customer support experience to enable customer success and happiness
N
- Use problem-solving skills to solve customer issues and address concerns
N
- Outbound calls to current customers to address issues,



when needed

nNotice Period: Immediate Joiner/15 Days

NEducational Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree

NCTC: 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA
