? ⚕️ Role – Consultant

We are looking for a Intensivist with robust clinical expertise to lead and manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU setup.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ICU operations and critically ill patients with evidence-based care

• Expertise in advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ventilatory management

• Perform bedside bronchoscopy and ultrasound-guided procedures (POCUS)

• Independently perform invasive procedures (arterial lines, central lines, dialysis catheters)

• Perform and manage percutaneous tracheostomies

• Manage advanced life-support systems: CRRT, ECMO, IABP

• Drive clinical governance, ICU protocols, and NABH compliance





• Lead multidisciplinary coordination with consultants, nursing, and allied teams

• Mentor and train junior doctors, residents, and ICU staff

• Communicate effectively with patient families regarding prognosis and care plans

? Qualifications

• MBBS with MD / DNB (General Medicine / Anesthesia)

• Super-specialization in Critical Care:

- DM/DrNB/IDCCM

? Experience

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in critical care

• Experience in tertiary care / high-volume ICU setups preferred

? Key Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities

• Expertise in ICU procedures and advanced life-support systems

• Excellent communication and team management skills

• Patient-centric approach with crisis management capability
