WE'RE HIRING – COLLECTION HEAD

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Collection Head to lead and manage our collections function.

n

Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 years
n Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in Payday Loans / Short-Term Digital Lending / Fintech / NBFC Collections will be strongly preferred.

n

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the overall collection team and portfolio
n
- Drive collection efficiency across current and overdue buckets
n
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly collection targets
n
- Develop bucket-wise recovery strategies and action plans
n
- Manage team leaders and collection executives
n
- Track PTPs, roll rates, resolution rates and recovery performance
n
- Improve productivity, discipline and overall collection efficiency
n
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Management teams




n
- Ensure collection activities remain compliant with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines
n
- Build a strong, target-oriented and accountable collection culture
n

Candidate Profile:

n

n
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant collections experience
n
- Strong understanding of unsecured lending and delinquency management
n
- Experience managing collection teams and large portfolios
n
- Strong analytical, leadership and negotiation skills
n
- Payday loan / short-tenure lending experience will be an advantage
n
- Must be comfortable working in a highly target-driven environment
n

CTC: Up to ₹10–12 LPA, depending on experience and performance.

n
