CFSS Digital Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to join our remote team.

Work: Remote

Timing: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000/month fixed at joining

Review: Monthly performance review; salary revision may be considered based on performance and management review.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries.
- Connect with prospective students/clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and other approved channels.
- Understand requirements and recommend suitable CFSS courses, certifications, internships and training programs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
- Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records.
- Submit daily and weekly sales performance reports.

Performance-Based Role

This is a target-oriented position. Performance will be evaluated on:

- 10–15 paid enrollments per month
- Minimum ₹80,000 monthly booking value
- Lead follow-up and conversion rate
- Quality of communication and customer handling




- Sales activity and pipeline management
- Reporting, consistency and discipline

Strong performers: ₹115,000 monthly booking value with consistent conversions and high-quality customer handling.

Who Should Apply?

Candidates with good communication skills, sales ability, convincing skills, customer-handling skills and a result-oriented mindset.

Previous experience in sales, business development, education sales, inside sales or counseling will be an advantage.
