Sales / Application Engineer – Cutting Tools (Bangalore)

We’re expanding our field sales team and looking for a strong cutting-tool qualified to develop Bangalore, Hosur, Mysore and surrounding industrial areas.
With Bangalore emerging as one of India’s most important hubs for Aerospace, Defence, Automotive and Precision Engineering, we’re looking for someone who understands machining—not just sales.
You’ll represent
NMC Tools – High-performance solid carbide drills, end mills & special cutting tools
Sutton Tools Australia – A 100+ year cutting-tool manufacturer with a comprehensive range of HSS &
carbide cutting tools
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Develop new manufacturing customers across the territory
• Work directly with Production, CNC Programming, Tool Room & Purchase teams
• Identify machining applications and productivity opportunities
• Conduct cutting-tool trials and demonstrate measurable improvements
• Develop existing accounts and generate repeat business
• Build and own your territory
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✓ Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical or Production preferred
✓ Cutting Tools / CNC Tooling / Carbide / Machining experience
✓ Technical sales or application engineering background
✓ Existing relationships with manufacturing companies in the region are a major advantage
Experience with Aerospace & Defence machining would be particularly valuable. Fixed Salary + Travel Expenses + Performance Incentives + Growth Opportunities
