NRole Description

nThis is a full time, remote role for a Sales & Marketing Executive.

NYou'll work closely with the founders to drive outbound sales, lead generation, and marketing initiatives that contribute directly to business growth. The role combines sales execution, prospect communication, lead generation, and marketing, giving you hands-on exposure to how B2B companies acquire and convert customers.

NThis is a high-ownership execution role where you'll work on real campaigns, interact with prospects, manage leads, and use modern AI-powered tools and automation to build and improve sales processes.

- Manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns

- Create personalized outreach messages and follow-ups

- Generate, research, andqualify inbound and outbound leads

- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline

- Schedule and coordinatemeetings with prospects

- Communicate with prospects and build professional relationships

- Assist with content marketing, social media, and campaign execution

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities

- Track campaign performance and prepare reports

- Collaborate directly with the founders on sales and marketing initiatives

nRequirements

n Strong written and verbal communication skills

N 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related role is preferred

N Strong interest in B2B sales, marketing, startups, or SaaS

N Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, and Google Workspace

N Ability to learn and use new AI tools and sales technologies

N Strong research and prospecting skills

N Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take ownership

N Ability to work independently in a remote environment

N Positive time management and attention to detail

N Experience with CRM or sales automation tools is a plus
