We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting our IT products and services, and contributing to overall business growth. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong interest in technology, and the ability to identify potential customers and convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, online research, and other channels. Promote the company's IT products and services, including software development, web and mobile applications, digital solutions, cloud services, and other technology solutions. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions.

Contact prospective clients, introduce company services, and arrange meetings or product/service demonstrations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Prepare and send business proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-up communications.

Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into sales.



Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.

Support digital marketing activities such as social media promotion, email marketing, online campaigns, and content promotion.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales opportunities using CRM or other tracking tools.

Coordinate with the technical, project management, and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are properly communicated.

Monitor competitors and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences

. Participate in client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and other business development activities.

Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales activities, conversions, and business performance.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills. Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Basic understanding of IT products and services.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
