Job Title: Sales & Marketing ExecutiveRole Definition The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the company’s sales and marketing activities, generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, conducting market visits, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Generate new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market visits and customer meetings.
- Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order finalization.
- Monitor enquiries, orders, dispatches, and payment follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain valuable relationships with customers and business partners.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by management.

Marketing Activities
- Support marketing and promotional activities.
- Collect market information, customer feedback, and competitor information.
- Identify potential markets and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate for exhibitions, customer visits, product promotions, and other marketing activities.
- Assist in preparing product presentations and promotional materials.

Customer & Dealer Management
- Understand customer and dealer requirements and provide necessary sales support.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and complaints.




- Maintain professional and long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports.
- Maintain records of enquiries, customer visits, sales, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Finance, and other departments for smooth order execution.
- Update customer and sales information in ERP/CRM systems.
- Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance Department.

Required Skills
- Good communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and business development skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and market development.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Mechanical background will be preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per
