Social Media & Account Manager Matchsticks is looking for a Social Media & Account Manager to manage client communication, social media planning, and coordination with our internal creative team. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage monthly social media calendars for clients - Understand client requirements, brand tone, and objectives and convert them into content ideas - Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) between clients and the internal team - Coordinate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and other team members - Create clear briefs and communicate client requirements to the team - Manage client feedback, revisions, approvals, and timelines - Track content schedules and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables - Plan and coordinate posts, reels, stories,



and social media campaigns - Stay updated with social media trends and proactively bring relevant ideas to clients - Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously - Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams from brief to final delivery What We're Looking For - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience - Prior experience in a digital marketing / creative agency is mandatory - Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken - Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram - Excellent content planning and social media calendar skills - Strong client-handling and communication skills - Excellent coordination, organisation, and follow-up skills - Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines - Creative thinking with a valuable understanding of content and social media trends - Ability to work effectively with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals - Proactive, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership Role Details Position: Social Media & Account Manager Experience: Minimum 2 Years Agency Experience: Mandatory Location: Ahmedabad Employment: Full-Time
