JOB TITLE: Relationship Manager – Equity Dealing & Retail Sales

LOCATION : NAGPUR

Experience: 1+ Year

We're looking for client-focused, sales-driven professionals for two roles in Equity Dealing & Retail Sales.

RM – Equity Dealing

Drive trading activity and revenue by executing trades, sharing market insights, and managing client relationships.

- Execute buy/sell orders on NSE/BSE terminals
- Monitor client exposure, margins & trading limits
- Drive trading volumes, activation and revenue
- Offer market updates and suitable investment guidance
- Acquire clients and grow active trader base
- Cross-sell MF, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Corporate FDs & NCDs

NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives certification mandatory.

RM – Retail Sales

Drive client acquisition and revenue through Demat accounts and financial-product sales.





- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Acquire new clients and expand the client base
- Assist with Demat account opening & transactions
- Promote Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance & more
- Recommend solutions based on client goals & risk profile
- Drive cross-selling and achieve sales targets

Requirements (Both Roles)

- Graduate from a recognized university
- 1+ yr experience in Broking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets
- Solid understanding of equity markets & financial products
- Knowledge of Demat, MF, SIPs & Insurance
- Strong communication & client-handling skills
- Sales-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Basic MS Office & trading platform knowledge
