Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant to join our growing recruitment consultancy team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across different industries and job functions. The role involves understanding client requirements, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews and ensuring successful candidate closures.

The ideal candidate should be confident in candidate sourcing, recruitment portals, LinkedIn sourcing, screening, follow-ups and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, databases and referrals.
- Conduct Boolean searches and targeted candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes against client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Assess candidates based on experience, skills, salary, location, notice period and overall suitability.
- Share shortlisted candidates with clients/hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer discussions, joining formalities and candidate joining.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Achieve individual recruitment targets and closure targets.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Develop strong candidate relationships and maintain an active talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team and clients to ensure timely closures.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy.




- Freshers with strong communication and recruitment interest may also be considered.
- Experience with Naukri, Shine, Indeed and LinkedIn is preferred.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
- Ability to understand different job descriptions and identify relevant profiles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to work on multiple positions and client requirements simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹10,283.81 - ₹15,000.00 per month
