BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE)

Company: Finesse Paints & Decor – Asian Paints Dealer

Location: Palarivattom, Kochi

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years in the Paints / Painting Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Generate current business for paints and home painting services

• Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, painters and potential customers

• Generate and follow up sales leads

• Conduct customer/site visits and understand painting requirements

• Promote Asian Paints products and painting solutions

• Develop relationships with painters, contractors, architects and builders

• Prepare and follow up quotations with the internal team

• Achieve monthly sales/business targets

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers





• Provide market and competitor updates to management

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the paints/painting industry is mandatory

• Good knowledge of paint products and the local market

• Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills

• Experience in field sales/business development

• Ability to independently generate and convert leads

• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally preferred
