We are looking for a Lead / Customer Support Executive to handle daily customer enquiries received through Justdial, phone calls and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily customer enquiries

• Call customers and understand their requirements

• WhatsApp customer communication

• Maintain customer/lead records

• Follow up with potential customers

• Forward qualified leads to the sales team

• Maintain daily enquiry report

Requirements:

• Positive communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Hindi required, basic English preferred

• Freshers can apply

• Sales/customer handling experience will be an advantage

Salary: ₹8,000 + Performance Incentives

Job Location: Farrukhabad, UP
