We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and customer-friendly Guest Relationship & Property Manager to manage our 3 Airbnb 1BHK properties. The role includes guest handling, housekeeping, property preparation, and day-to-day coordination.

Job Responsibilities

* Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly.

* Personally manage cleaning and housekeeping before guest arrival and after check-out.

* Ensure all 3 properties are clean, organized, well-maintained, and guest-ready.

* Respond promptly to guest calls and WhatsApp messages.

* Assist guests with check-in, stay-related, and property-related concerns.

* Coordinate with maintenance and service vendors whenever required.

* Conduct regular/occasional property inspections to maintain quality standards.

* Ensure essential supplies and guest amenities are available.

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and guest experience.

* Manage day-to-day tasks efficiently across all 3 properties.

Requirements





* Positive communication skills in English; Hindi/Kannada is an advantage.

* Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic apps.

* Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and guest-friendly.

* Willing to personally handle cleaning and property preparation.

* Available to assist guests whenever required.

* Able to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks efficiently.

* Previous experience in Airbnb, hotels, hospitality, housekeeping, or property management is preferred but not mandatory.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the guest experience, housekeeping, cleanliness, property readiness, and basic day-to-day management of 3 Airbnb 1BHK properties.

Free accommodation is provided as part of the role.
